SellerTiger Terms of Service

Version 1.0Effective October 16, 2026

1. What these Terms cover

  1. These Terms govern access to and use of SellerTiger, an online e-commerce operations platform for businesses (the "Service"), including its websites, applications, AI features and integrations.
  2. The Service is provided for business purposes. It is not intended for personal, family or household use.
  3. These Terms include the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Data Processing Addendum, each as updated from time to time. If they conflict, the Data Processing Addendum prevails for the processing of Customer Data, and these Terms prevail for everything else.
  4. These Terms are published in Thai, English and Chinese. The Thai version is legally controlling; the other versions are provided for convenience.

2. Definitions

3. Accounts and Workspaces

  1. You must give accurate and current information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Members must be at least 20 years old or otherwise have full legal capacity under Thai law.
  2. Each person must use their own account. Keep passwords and sign-in methods (including Google or Lark sign-in) confidential, and tell us promptly at helpdesk@wellion.co.th if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your Members' accounts unless it results from our breach of these Terms.
  3. The Founder manages the Workspace on the Customer's behalf: inviting and removing Members, assigning roles and permissions, choosing the Plan, connecting third-party accounts, paying fees and exporting or deleting Customer Data. The Founder may transfer the founder role to another active Member.
  4. If a person signs up with an email address on a company domain that a Workspace has registered, the person may join that Workspace only after an administrator of that Workspace approves the request.
  5. The Customer decides who may access its Workspace and what they may see. The Customer is responsible for removing access for people who should no longer have it.

4. Plans

  1. There is no free trial period. Every new Workspace starts on the Free Plan when you sign up and may be upgraded to a paid Plan at any time.
  2. The Free Plan is a permanent, limited plan provided free of charge. It does not include AI features or data export, and it has lower usage limits.
  3. The features, limits and prices of each Plan are shown in the Service (Settings → Plan) and on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. If you exceed a limit, some actions may be blocked until you upgrade or reduce usage.

5. Fees, billing and taxes

  1. Fees are charged per seat, per month or per year, in Thai Baht, and exclude value added tax (VAT), which is added at the applicable rate. An annual subscription is priced as stated in the Service at the time of purchase.
  2. The number of billed seats is at least the number of active, approved Members of the Workspace. If Members are added above the billed seats during a billing period, we issue a prorated invoice for the extra seats for the rest of that period. If Members are removed, the lower seat count applies from the next renewal.
  3. Fees are payable in advance at the start of each billing period through the payment methods offered in the Service (for example PromptPay, cards or bank transfer through our payment providers). We do not store full card numbers; card payments are processed by licensed payment providers.
  4. If you are required by Thai law to withhold tax from a payment to us, you must pay us the net amount and send us the withholding tax certificate promptly.
  5. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we will remind you. If it remains unpaid 14 days after we notify the Founder, we may restrict the Workspace to the Free Plan or suspend paid features until payment is received.
  6. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to the Founder. A price change applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. AI features and AI Credits

  1. Paid Plans include a weekly allowance of AI Credits per person. Allowances reset every Monday at 00:00 Bangkok time and unused weekly credits do not carry over.
  2. Additional credit packs may be bought for a Workspace. A pack is valid for the period stated when it is bought, is used only after the weekly allowance, cannot be transferred to another Workspace and has no cash value.
  3. AI features generate suggestions using third-party AI models. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, publishing it or sending it to anyone, especially prices, financial figures and messages to buyers.
  4. The Founder can see AI usage in the Workspace and may set which AI providers are used where the Service allows.

7. Cancellation and refunds

  1. The Founder can cancel a paid Plan at any time in the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the Workspace keeps the paid features until then and then moves to the Free Plan.
  2. Fees already paid are not refundable, including for unused seats, unused time in a billing period and unused AI Credits or credit packs, except where: (a) we charged you in error or twice; (b) we materially fail to provide the Service for a sustained period because of our own fault and do not fix it within 30 days of your written notice, in which case we refund the prepaid fees for the affected remaining period; or (c) a refund is required by applicable law.
  3. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, or another method we agree, within 30 days.

8. Acceptable use

You and your Members must not:

We may remove content or restrict access that we reasonably believe breaks this section, as described in section 13.

9. Customer Data

  1. The Customer owns its Customer Data. We do not claim ownership of it.
  2. The Customer grants Wellion a non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the Service for the Customer, to follow the Customer's instructions, and to comply with law.
  3. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it to advertise to the Customer's buyers. We may create aggregated, anonymised statistics that do not identify the Customer, its buyers or any person, and use them to operate and improve the Service.
  4. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data, and for having a lawful basis and giving the required privacy notices to its buyers, creators, employees and other people whose data it puts into the Service.
  5. While a paid Plan is active, the Founder can export Customer Data using the export features of the Service.

10. Personal data protection

  1. For Account Data, Wellion is the data controller and processes it as described in the Privacy Policy.
  2. For personal data contained in Customer Data (for example buyers' names, phone numbers and shipping addresses), the Customer is the data controller and Wellion is the data processor acting on the Customer's instructions. The Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms and sets out both parties' obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

11. Third-party services and integrations

  1. The Service can connect to third-party services chosen by the Customer, such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE, Google, Lark, ERPs (for example BigSeller), accounting software (for example PEAK) and payment providers. When the Customer connects one, it authorises us to access that account and exchange data with it on the Customer's behalf.
  2. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes to APIs or rules, or their handling of data. Features that depend on them may change or stop working if the third party changes or ends its service.
  3. The Customer may disconnect an integration at any time in Settings.

12. Service availability, changes and support

  1. We use reasonable care and skill to keep the Service available and secure, but the Service may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control. We try to schedule planned maintenance outside Thai business hours and to give notice of major maintenance.
  2. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid Plan during a paid billing period without giving the Founder notice and the option to cancel with a prorated refund of prepaid fees for the remaining period.
  3. Features marked as beta, preview or trial are provided as they are and may change or end at any time.
  4. Support is provided through the channels and response times of your Plan, shown in the Service.

13. Suspension and termination

  1. We may suspend access to all or part of a Workspace, with notice where reasonably possible, if: (a) fees are overdue as described in section 5; (b) use of the Service creates a security risk or may harm the Service, other customers or third parties; (c) there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms; or (d) we are required to by law or by an authority. We will limit a suspension to what is reasonably necessary and restore access once the cause is resolved.
  2. The Customer may stop using the Service and delete a Workspace at any time. We may terminate these Terms for a Workspace on 30 days' notice, or immediately if the Customer seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of notice (where it can be fixed).
  3. When a Workspace is deleted, it can be restored by its Founder within 30 days. After that, Customer Data is permanently deleted from our live systems and removed from backups as they rotate (within a further 35 days), except data we must keep by law (for example tax invoices), which we keep only for the required period.
  4. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5 for unpaid fees, 9, 10, 14 to 18 and 20) continue to apply.

14. Intellectual property

  1. Wellion and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, documentation and trademarks (including "SellerTiger"). These Terms give the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for its Members to use the Service during the subscription. No other rights are granted.
  2. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

15. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other party's non-public business information confidential, use it only for the purposes of these Terms and protect it with at least reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, already known to it, independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law (in which case, where allowed, the other party will be told first).

16. Warranties and disclaimers

  1. Each party confirms that it has the right to enter into these Terms.
  2. Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI output, forecasts, price suggestions or data imported from third parties will be accurate or complete. Business decisions made using the Service remain the Customer's responsibility.

17. Limitation of liability

  1. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, each party's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid and payable by the Customer for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For the Free Plan, our total liability is limited to THB 5,000.
  3. The limits in this section do not apply to: liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence; the Customer's payment obligations; a party's breach of section 15; the Customer's obligations under section 18; or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Thai law.

18. Customer responsibility for claims

The Customer will defend and compensate Wellion against third-party claims, fines and reasonable costs arising from Customer Data, from the Customer's or its Members' breach of section 8, or from the Customer's failure to meet its obligations as data controller, except to the extent caused by Wellion's breach of these Terms.

19. Changes to these Terms

  1. We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes to the Service, our business or the law. We will publish the new version with its version number and effective date at /legal/terms and keep earlier versions available there.
  2. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice in the Service or by email to the Founder, unless a change is required sooner by law or to address a security risk. Members will be asked to accept the new version when they next sign in. If you do not agree to the change, you may stop using the Service and cancel before it takes effect, and section 7.2(b) applies to prepaid fees.

20. Governing law and disputes

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
  2. The parties will first try in good faith to settle any dispute by negotiation for 30 days after one party gives written notice of it. If it is not settled, the dispute will be decided by the competent courts of Thailand.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that a party has under mandatory Thai law.

21. General

  1. Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, or failures of public networks or of third-party platforms.
  2. The Customer may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate or to a successor of our business, with notice to the Founder.
  3. Notices to the Customer may be given in the Service or by email to the Founder. Notices to us must be sent to helpdesk@wellion.co.th or to our address above.
  4. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
  5. These Terms, together with the documents referred to in section 1.3 and any order form we sign with the Customer, are the entire agreement about the Service. A signed order form prevails over these Terms where it says so expressly.
