No. SellerTiger works on its own: import products from a spreadsheet, create manual orders and record stock movements. When you connect a shop or ERP, that data syncs automatically and the manual step for it is locked.

Every sign-up starts on the Free plan: free forever, no credit card, with the basics (orders, products, inventory, pricing and the customer inbox; no AI or data export). When you need more people, shops or AI, upgrade any time in Settings → Plan.

Plans are priced per person per month. Your bill is the plan price multiplied by the people in your workspace, up to the plan’s seat cap. Yearly billing gives you two months free.

AI usage is measured in credits based on the real cost of the AI models used. Each person gets a weekly allowance that resets every Monday; workspaces can buy top-up packs.

Yes. Every screen is available in Thai, English and Chinese, and each person picks their own language.

Credentials are encrypted, permissions are enforced on the server and outgoing actions stay in test mode until you switch them on. Read the security page and our PDPA documents for details.

Only when a manager explicitly turns that feature on for a shop or account. By default, broadcasts, posts, emails and price changes are dry-runs.
