Scheduled meetings appear as their own layer on the team calendar with a join button, and invitees are reminded before it starts.

Lobby and waiting room
Check camera and microphone before joining. People who were not invited wait until the host admits them; the host can lock the meeting entirely.

Host controls
Mute or ask to unmute, ask to mute, turn a camera off, remove someone, mute everyone, lower all hands. Workspace managers act as co-hosts.
