Chat#

Direct messages, groups and announcement channels. Mention people with @, reply in threads, react, pin, flag and search. Click someone's avatar for their profile card: last online time, team, local time, shared groups, and buttons to message, call or see shared files. Right-click a message to turn it into a task.

Tasks#

Every module can create tasks linked to the object they are about (an order, a SKU, a review…). Tasks have assignees, due dates and checklists, and appear on the calendar.

Approvals#

Price changes, purchase orders, budgets and other requests go through one approval inbox. Approvers get a notification; decisions are logged.

Calendar & meetings#

One calendar shows tasks, campaigns, content, deliveries and meetings. Start a video meeting instantly or schedule one; meeting minutes and duration depend on your plan.
