Aligned from company to person
Company, team and personal objectives linked to the objective above them, in monthly, quarterly or yearly periods, with weights.
Because every order, post, reply and task already lives in SellerTiger, key results can read their progress straight from the data. Objectives align from company to team to person, check-ins take a minute, and the leaderboard shows exactly how each score was made.

Company, team and personal objectives linked to the objective above them, in monthly, quarterly or yearly periods, with weights.
Pick a system metric — GMV, orders, content published or on time, views, reach, engagement, followers gained, buyer reply rate, orders processed, creator-attributed orders, campaign GMV, stock-outs, POs on time, stocktake accuracy, ad ROAS, spend, tasks done, meeting minutes — measured for the owner, their team or the whole company.
Key results can also be a number you update, or a list of dated milestones to tick off. Higher-is-better or lower-is-better.
While setting a metric KR you see this period so far and the previous period, and can use the previous value as the baseline.
Progress is compared with the expected pace — a glide path from baseline to target, or “hold the target from day one” — so health is calculated, not guessed.
Confidence from 1 to 10, progress notes and blockers; metric KRs fill their value automatically. People who haven’t checked in get a reminder task, and leaders see a feed of the team’s latest check-ins.
Tasks can count toward a key result, so the work and the goal sit together.
Score = OKR achievement, on-time task rate, task output, check-in discipline and approval speed, weighted (weights you set), minus an overdue penalty, plus a leader adjustment. Every person’s score opens to the raw data behind it.
Closing freezes the OKRs, reviews and leaderboard as the basis for bonuses; only the founder can reopen it, with a reason. Export the bonus basis to Excel, with an optional pool split by score.
Self and leader reviews per period, with an AI summary of the person’s results to start the conversation.

Company first, then teams and people align their own.

Confidence, notes and blockers; metric values update themselves.
On track / at risk / off track against the expected pace, with linked tasks.
