AI assistant and AI credits

AI is available on Starter and above (not on Free). It works with the data you can already see — never other people's private data or other companies' data.

AI is provided by SellerTiger#

SellerTiger is the AI service provider: we connect the AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek), choose which model each feature uses and control cost. You don't need — and can't add — your own AI keys; every AI call uses your plan's credits. Settings → Connections → SellerTiger AI shows this and your credits left. (Enterprise can ask for "bring your own key": calls made with your own keys then use no credits.)

Where AI helps#

• Assistant (⌘J) — ask about sales, stock, tasks; it answers from your workspace's numbers.
• Inbox — reply ideas, translation, review replies.
• Chat — summaries, translation, turning messages into tasks.
• Inventory — demand forecast and reorder suggestions (Growth and above).
• Content & marketing — captions, briefs, campaign ideas.

Credits#

Each paid plan includes AI credits per person per week (Starter 250, Growth 600, Pro 1,200; Free has no AI), each person has their own share (nobody can spend someone else's) and it resets every Monday 00:00 Bangkok time. Credits follow real model cost: 1 credit ≈ ฿0.10; a standard call uses 1 credit, a strong-model call at least 10. Repeated identical questions are answered from cache for free. If credits run out before Monday, paid plans can reset early once a month for free or buy a credit pack (valid 30 days, split evenly across the team; see the Plans FAQ). Every call is listed in Settings → Subscription → Credits log. Packs are priced excl. 7% VAT.
