Sign-in, password and account security

• Change your password: Settings → Security. Use at least 10 characters.
• Forgot your password: ask the founder or admin of your workspace to reset it in Settings → Accounts.
• Signed-in devices: Settings → Security lists your sessions; sign out of any device you don't recognize.
• Several workspaces: if you belong to more than one company workspace, switch from your avatar menu.

SellerTiger staff will never ask for your password, API keys or payment details in chat or tickets. If someone does, do not answer and report it.
